📋 shell99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "shell99", "we", "us", "our" refers to shell99 and its operating entity that owns and operates the online gaming platform accessible at shell99.one.
• "Platform" means the shell99 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, tools, and content made available at shell99.one and its subdomains.
• "User", "you", "your", "Member", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the shell99 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered shell99 user account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, table games, and sportsbook betting markets available on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency balance held in a Member's shell99 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by shell99 before processing withdrawals.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, rebate, or other incentive awarded to a Member by shell99.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the shell99 Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of shell99 or any associated entity.
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by shell99 or any external responsible gaming authority.
• Your participation in online gambling is legal under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

shell99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any remaining Funds subject to review in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

To access the full range of services on the shell99 Platform, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one shell99 Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. shell99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
• Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility.
• KYC Verification. shell99 conducts KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian IC or passport) and may be required to submit proof of address and payment method ownership.
• Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting shell99 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the payment terms set out in Section 4.

shell99 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The general minimum deposit is RM 30.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 3–10 minutes depending on the banking institution.
• shell99 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your verified shell99 Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to your current account tier.
• Withdrawal processing times: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Shell99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request at its discretion, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• Any Funds that are reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be withheld pending investigation. shell99 may report such activity to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions offered by shell99 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all shell99 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing bonuses between accounts or transferring bonus funds is prohibited.
• shell99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, shell99's interpretation of the applicable promotion terms shall be final.
• Players who are suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional rules — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire automatically at the end of the specified period.

All games available on the shell99 Platform are operated in accordance with the following principles:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios operated by internationally recognised providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning, not by software manipulation.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published by shell99 reflect the long-term theoretical average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game session, shell99 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, stakes will be returned to the player's Account. shell99's decision on the outcome of disputed game sessions is final.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shell99 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately and their Funds held pending investigation:

• Registering more than one shell99 Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of shell99.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing shell99 staff or other platform users.

All content on the shell99 Platform, including but not limited to the shell99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of shell99 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of shell99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• shell99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• shell99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• shell99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or business interruption.
• shell99's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits shell99's liability for death or personal injury caused by shell99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

shell99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the Account Settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss position at configurable intervals.

shell99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring Account suspension.

Upon Account termination for breach, shell99 reserves the right to void all pending bets and withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where Funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which shell99 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through shell99's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

shell99 operates under a licence issued by an international gaming authority. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

shell99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the shell99 Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
